Mum, I cannot believe it's been over ten years you've been gone. You were complicated to me - I loved you so much and you were pretty much my only family, but I had to grow up way too quickly because of you, and I'm still dealing with that now. What I do know is that you helped me to be who I am today, and it's because of you that I fight to look after people, be kind, and always look for the good. I move forward in your honour always.
