My Wonderful Nan

7 months without you already feels like an eternity. You were so much more than my Nan, my best friend, my Mum, my world and my anchor. You were my constant and without you I feel so lost. I hope wherever you are you are at peace and know how much you're loved. I will continue to try and make you proud and hold on to the memories we made and the day when I see you again.
