I knew I would miss you when you were gone. I knew I would struggle. Mom, living through you dying is like pulling my stomach and heart out and watching it beat in front of me. Some days I don’t know how I’m going to make it through the next hour. I hope the believers are right about heaven and I’ll get to see you again. I love you with everything I have.
