Our beautiful angel Emily. You only had a few hours but you hung on to be with us. you gave your last precious time to see how strong brave and beautiful you were. Your twin sister cried out that final moment you left us all. We tried to be strong but we broke down that final breath you took. You touched our hearts in more ways than you can imagine.Beautiful Emily we miss you everyday and we wlll never forget how brave you were, that day you left us.
