Carlos! I miss your smile and it will be our first Xmas without you. I will hold dearly the times that we laughed together and the last words you said to me. I was inspired to write Rise Again because of you and so I thank you for being such an huge inspiration. You have allowed me to be creative when I thought I had lost all ability to be just this.
