December 26th 2023 you went to sleep mum, with your children around you, after years of struggling with dementia. But even in those last days you told us you loved us, kissed us and sang your favourite Jim Reeves with us. To say I am devastated is a massive understatement, your laughter, your love, your pleasure in seeing us, our pain when we had to leave you, your hand in mine. It would have been your 90th birthday on the 13th March. We will celebrate it with mum , as we will on Mother’s Day.
